During a full service of a mechanical watch, the timepiece is typically disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. Certain components are lubricated with special oils before everything is reassembled. As part of the service, our watchmakers always ensure the watch performs just as it did when it left the factory.
You should have your watch inspected once a year, and it is recommended to have a full service every 2 years to ensure the longevity of the movement.
