Each component is polished individually using professional-grade equipment. We reference the brand's original finishing specifications to determine the correct surface treatment — ensuring the result is faithful to how the watch looked when it left the factory.

Following polishing, all components are placed in an ultrasonic cleaning bath. This process removes microscopic residue, polishing compounds, and embedded dirt from even the most intricate surfaces.

Every component is then dried thoroughly using hot air or steam in dedicated drying equipment. This ensures all parts are completely clean and free of moisture or debris before reassembly begins.

With all components cleaned, polished, and dried, our watchmakers carefully reassemble the watch — fitting each part back together with precision and care to ensure everything aligns and functions correctly.

Before your watch is returned, our technicians carry out a full functional check to confirm the watch is running correctly and that all external components — crown, pushers, clasp — are operating as they should.
