With your approval to proceed, we carefully disassemble the watch. This gives our watchmakers direct access to the movement and all internal components, allowing them to identify worn or damaged parts that may not be visible from the outside. You are kept informed throughout.

Vintage and rare watches often require parts that are no longer in standard supply. Drawing on our established network within the global watch community, we source authentic replacement components to ensure the integrity of your timepiece is preserved.

We understand that for many collectors, the patina of a vintage watch is part of its character. Polishing is only carried out with your explicit consent. Otherwise, we perform a careful clean of the case, bracelet, clasp, and all movement components — removing grime without altering the watch's original finish.
