Shipping Policy
At PERPETUAL TIME WATCH SERVICE PTE. LTD., our watch repair and maintenance services are primarily provided through in-store appointments and walk-in visits.
Sending Your Watch
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we do not accept watches sent to our service centre by mail or courier for repair or servicing.
Customers who wish to arrange a mail-in repair service must contact us in advance to obtain our written approval and shipping instructions. Watches sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned at the sender's expense.
Where a mail-in repair service has been approved, customers are responsible for arranging the shipment of their watch to our service centre.
Before shipping your watch, we recommend that you:
· Package the watch securely to prevent damage during transit.
· Use a reliable courier service with tracking.
· Purchase adequate shipping insurance based on the value of your watch.
· Do not include the original presentation box or unnecessary accessories unless specifically requested.
Return Shipping
Once the repair or service has been completed and full payment has been received, your watch will be returned using a trusted courier service, where applicable.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Shipping Charges
Unless otherwise agreed, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges imposed by the destination country are also the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Risk
The risk of loss or damage during shipment to our service centre remains with the customer until the watch has been received by us.
Once the repaired watch has been dispatched, the risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our control. Any estimated delivery time is provided for reference only and is not guaranteed.
